About Our Practice
Our vision for Maranacook Family Health Care began years ago. Growing frustrated with increasing administrative demands we found ourselves missing the close working relationships we had developed with patients in residency and which had initially attracted us to family medicine. As such, our practice is designed to decrease the barriers between us and our patients. With no staff except ourselves and the use of technology we plan to offer holistic, reliable and sustainable healthcare to members of our community.

At Maranacook Family Health Care you will find:
Access: Via phone or email consultation, same-day office visits or, if necessary, house calls. Our vision is to provide a community based “ideal medical home” where we can partner with our patients to help them achieve optimal health.
Time: Our visits will not be rushed. We plan to offer enough time to develop a working relationship to address your health care needs.
Communication: We will be available by email or phone 24/7. If you do not reach us immediately we will contact you as soon as possible.
Affordability: We believe that affordable, quality healthcare is a right. We will accept most private insurances and bill your insurance company. If you do not have private insurance we will work with you on alternative payment options.
We have chosen to practice together because we value each other, our patients, and quality healthcare. For this reason we may need to limit the number of active patients in the practice. If you think you might be interested in working with us please sign up above and we will keep you informed as our practice develops.
We are excited to be on this adventure of redefining how we will partner with patients and look forward to the possibility of working with you.
Lisa Clarcq, DO and Jennifer McConnell, MD
